1. Point Accumulation: Customers enrolled in the FLIRT loyalty scheme will earn 5 points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases at FLIRT Cafe & Bar.

2. Eligible Purchases: Points will be awarded for purchases of food, beverages, and other qualifying items at FLIRT Cafe & Bar. Points will not be earned on purchases of gift cards, merchandise, or excluded items as determined by FLIRT management.

3. Point Redemption: Customers may redeem 500 points for a £5 discount on their next purchase at FLIRT Cafe & Bar. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are only valid for discounts on purchases made at FLIRT.

4. Point Expiry: Points accumulated in the FLIRT loyalty scheme do not expire as long as the loyalty account remains active. However, if the account is inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, FLIRT reserves the right to reset the point balance to zero.

5. Account Activation: Customers can join the FLIRT loyalty scheme by signing up at any FLIRT Cafe & Bar location or through the FLIRT website. Only one loyalty account is allowed per customer.

6. Point Tracking: FLIRT will track and manage customer loyalty points.

7. Changes to Terms: FLIRT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty scheme or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email and the FLIRT website.

8. Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the FLIRT loyalty scheme, including but not limited to point manipulation or unauthorised use of loyalty accounts, will result in immediate termination of the customer's participation in the scheme and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. .Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the FLIRT loyalty scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

By participating in the FLIRT loyalty scheme, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. FLIRT reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its discretion.
